My referrals are having difficulty completing their profile, the email verification process will send confirmation email but still refuse to complete the process.

Are they using the latest app version (v1.0.31)of the BantuPay wallet?
Yes they are using the new app, I personally did the download and registration on their phones.
same thing happen to my ref, 4people of 6 i reff today facing same error, after get the email verification, when hit save it’s saying error processing profile completion payment
@zechuzu okay make sure they have backed up their secret key. And have them uninstall and reinstall the app and import wallet secret to try again
