Is Bantupay Telegram bot not working again? I tried the first option on how to get XBN on bantupay as a new user but not working

Hello, when will maintenance complete?
I asked this question in telegram and Anybody never replied this. After i re-asked and they banned me on official bantublockchain telegram group. I’m sad. I had only ask a question.
