I worry about Auto Logins because of security. Since it is assets we want to make sure itâs protected. Thatâs why the password. A lot of suggestions are coming! Please keep em coming.

The app was not updating my balance when I receive a token from someone. Then I tried to update the app, and now am getting empty screen whenever I click on login!

So I just updated the bantupay wallet app like 5 mins ago, did one or two transactions and wanted to check my history but I got a blank page.

So I just uninstalled and reinstalled the bantupay wallet app (after having shortly updated it to the latest version) and my swap page just keeps loading but I cant swap. Also I have alot of XBNs but each time I want to send some, it says âyou dont have sufficient balanceâ which is quite funny because the person am sending it to had just sent some XBNs to me. So am I suppose to uninstall and reinstall again?

@Nenta Thanks for the feedback on this. So we are currently having a look at this issue as itâs not just you. Do not worry, you have not lost any of your assets XBN or BNR.
Most cases have been due to network speed. We are working to see how we can the App optimized for those that have a slower network. In the meantime, ensure you have your Secret Key written down and then uninstall and re-install. Let us know how this goes okay?

Since I updated my app, I have not been able to send out token. Once I input my password, it continues to load indefinitely.
Since I updated the app, I have not been able to send a transaction. Whenever I try to send out token, after inputting password, it keeps on loading indefinitely.
Similar thing happens to Swap function. But the swap pups up an error. Unlike the send function.
I hope this error is been handled fast.
Yesterday I was finally able to swap and send XBNs for just a short time. Did about 3 transactions and since then (yesterday evening) till now, I cant swap (still keeps loading) and I cant send XBNs, it still says I dont have sufficient balance.

Same here 0XBN when sending but the balance is showing the right amount in home page

Whatâs the meaning of this ,the email was sent to me and while trying to log in, I was getting back that response
I just updated the app this morning. But then the error message changed to âsomething went wrongâ , but no transaction is going yet. But then the swap is giving the same error as before.
