@enejr02 Wallet secret key backup is very critical to retain data and funds for that wallet if any issues.

Unfortunately you can not restore your wallet once secret key is lost or forgotten as we do not store your sensitive data on our servers as security protocol.

You need to sign up for a new Wallet. Please do not skip this step again.
