@Adiiagusta Reinstall the BantuPay app
If you backed up your secret key? import your secret key (from old BantuPay app to the new BantuPay App), with the same username.
And your referrals, they should also complete all their info during their registration, in order for you to get rewarded later.

I don’t backup… so i cant login to my account??

@Adiiagusta You were supposed to write down the secret key before you delete it.
That’s what is required for you to use the new app.
It’s a non custodian wallet which makes you the only person to secure it. Bantu does NOT keep secret keys… That’s why it is SECRET…
You’ll have to create a new account

I have entered the correct password, key, username. I even tried with email but still failed to login
