Nickname not the same

So my bantutalk nickname is all without capital letters
but i put my bantutalk nickname on telegram bot using capital letter

the bot keep telling me the username not the same with the bantuapp

i try to change both on telegram and on the bot but i can’t change it…please help…thanks
