Please I can't link my bantutalk username even with a lowercase, pls what's wrong?

Those that can’t link their Bantutalk username to bot, if u notice ur Bantutalk username are all in
Upper case here in Bantutalk. Not on till u all change ur username here on Bantutalk the bot will keep rejecting. If ur Bantutalk username is in upper case pls change to lower case here

I m sure an admin will attend to u shortly, u won’t be able to link ur Bantutalk username in bot bcos ur username starts with upper case. An admin hv to help u change it to lower case before bot will accept. For the meantime, just wait pending when an admin will attend to u.

Hello @stick087

Please follow these steps to be able to do so.

On your Bantupay wallet app:

Go to SETTINGS

Then PROFILE

Click on the EDIT button

Look for the area with social ID

Add your Bantu Talk username in the field provided in lowercase letters.

Exit

Go back to the Bantupay bot on telegram to set your bantu Talk username.

Make sure you input it also in lowercase letters.
