Bantutalk username not linking said by the bot

The bot always says that it i not yet linked where in fact Ive already created bantutalk username.How could I fix it

Hello @borswak and @Rodellene

Please, try the following if you haven’t done so already:

Register on Bantu Talk with your username written in lower case letters.

Go to your Bantupay app and input your Bantu Talk username in the Social ID section. Make sure it’s also in lower case letters.
To do this, go to:
Settings → Profile → Social ID → Edit :pen:

Go to the Bantupay bot and set your Bantu Talk username using the appropriate command.

Hopefully, this would work for you.
